Old King Cole

Although a King is once again prominent in this rhyme, musical instruments are the focus. It is particularly fun for children who play violin, trumpet or drums to sing along with this one. They feel seen and privileged to actually know how it feels to play the instruments we are all miming. The sounds of the instruments are a fun accompaniment to the gestures.
