See Saw Margery Daw
See Saw Margery Daw
Another playground rhyme. This one has been sung by children on see-saws all over the British Isles for many centuries. In lieu of an actual see-saw in the class room, you can simulate the movement by having partners facing each other and either going up and down whilst holding hands or back and forth whilst sitting and holding hands – arms outstretched. In case you missed it: see – saw are the infinitive and past simple parts of the verb to see!
